We are hugely driven by the positive impact our work can have on the health of the oceans

Expanding our reach beyond the recruitment process

Find out more about how working with Red Orca can allow us to make contributions to improving the health of the oceans.  As we become more established, we will increase our support.

We have chosen to donate £3,000 or 2% of revenue (whichever is greater) to The Blue Marine Foundation as believe that the environmental crisis affects everyone on the planet and by restoring the health of the oceans we can help heal the earth.

In their own words: Known as Blue Marine, this UK registered charity was set up in 2010 by some of the team behind the award-winning documentary film ‘The End of the Line’. Blue Marine aims to restore the ocean to health by addressing overfishing, one of the world’s biggest environmental problems.  Blue Marine is dedicated to creating marine reserves, restoring vital habitats and establishing models of sustainable fishing.  Blue Marine’s mission is to see 30 per cent of the world’s ocean under effective protection by 2030.

In becoming a Friend of Blue Marine, we hope to raise awareness about the incredible work that they are doing and also financially support them over the coming years.  By working with Red Orca you can help in this journey and we appreciate your decision to work with us on your recruitment journey.
